Hepheastus.

After many months in FoG I feel like it is finally time for me to move on. I miss a lot of the people of the old garde and have decided to rejoin them. I did not always agree with the decisions made in FoG, but I could not have wished for a better time nonetheless. However, I no longer feel at home here in FoG and I wish to experience more out of the game.

Before I say goodbye, I want to thank every single one of you, for making my time in FoG as fun as it was. The decision of leaving has been made a long time ago, but my friendship and respect for Ruca and the other officers have made me stay for a lot longer than I thought I would.

FoG, and it’s people, will always have a place in my heart. This is the place where I have truly learned to play LOTRO, and for that, I thank you. If any of you would ever need my help or advice I will not hesitate to give it.

Ruca, this part is dedicated to you. I know how you get when a person decides to leave. And I respect that. But I would hate to lose your friendship over this. I have nothing but respect for your leadership and you are a great friend. One of the things I will miss most about FoG is the goofing around in Caras-Galadhon, throwing rotten fruit at you, or laughing when Rodgorn gets 1 shotted again…
If you would allow it, I would like to remain your friend on Xfire, and maybe we can still play that Age of Empires game someday… But if you no longer want me as your friend, I will respect that too.

I wish each of you good fortune on all your travels throughout Middle-Earth. This is goodbye, but not farewell.

I hereby resign as officer of this kinship. I will leave leadership of FoD in Zoggo’s hands, and remove my creeps from the tribe.
