It was our first time though, I have a few other build I'd like to try next time, eg hammer for more cc or mace/shield for survivability wink

Don't know how you (and other people in general) manage to get to level 80 so fast

I've played my highest level character for 23 hours (/age) and only got to L18, with just 1 fully explored zone and fully explored racial city...

You can also just add us as friends, since friend list is global you can add (and talk as well i think) no matter what server you're on.

yeah i saw you got accepted. I'm gonna give gandara another try today.
After i transferred last night i couldn't even get past the login screen for two hours...
Btw blacktide now has a high population :P
I think the whole lag problem will get fixed soon enough, they weren't expecting so many players at once.
They said at one point there were 400k players online at once.

Seems overflow servers the had the lag problem last night not Gandara. Just got accepted in Aestus Aeternum so gonna stick to Gandara for now (it is after all only the 1st week).

I'm also worried bout low/mid population servers becoming too quiet once the initial hype/excitement over. I'll keep you posted Esg on Gandara performance

I tried following the guild but the server was completely full, and even if i do find a spot it'll be crowded and laggy as hell so for now i'll stay in a low pop server.
Though sylvari starting area is packed! Happy

I think the overflow thing is kinda like what lotro does with 'layers' in over crowded areas.
Lots of cool new features that weren't in the beta, glad they kept some stuff hidden.
Epic failure on launch and this is only the beginning, two more launch days to go (1day headstart and full launch)
At least the gem store isn't pay 2 win tongue out

I joined Gandara but since initial login have been in overflow servers.

My head hurts trying to work out what the hell is going on with gameplay so far

after a million tries i finally managed to connect only to find out that both Gandara and Far Shiverpeaks are full.
Atm world transfers are free and hopefully they'll stay this way for the next few days (though might be because i don't have any toons yet)
so i connected to Blacktide which is an EU server with Low Population status atm.
If anyone else is interested then that's where i'll be for now so feel free to send a tell to Esgard if anyone wants to team up there.
