OMG ! 

just out of curiosity ... I have checked Yorgil's cookbook... 

sugar and bakery division...

It appears that ... depending on the parts of me we are speaking about...

candied  ...
molten into some sort of coulis ...
and even , for some parts I shall not precise... 'ground to the core' to make a chocolate base...


the 'rest' (!!!!!) shall be smoked and reserved for winter
