Heya! Wanted to warn that the "stupid" was uploading a lot from me, and I only after saw when went to task manager, careful with this "..." 
He didnt went to bar or was any windown opened.

ah i remember now. just checked my task manager and network traffic and it doesnt seem to be running.

Pando Media Booster is a program that they've decided to handle client downloads nowadays. So anybody that has downloaded the game client (also in more recent time and before F2P) will have had this program installed.
When it's been used to download the client, it will continue to upload to other peers in the background, which is hugely annoying! I too experienced this. It is a peer-to-peer download manager that runs very invisible in the background, if you are not alert to it's presence.
How to find out if it's running on your machine:
Ctrl - Alt - Delete => Task Manager => Check processes for "PMB.exe"
Not only does it use some of your bandwidth, I also found it to be a memory hog.
You can either uninstall the program (just remember you'll get it again if you download the client in the future), or you can go to your control panel, where it will have added an icon to it's settings. Here you can disable it's auto start with Windows, so it wont play it's tricks on you in the background in the future ;)
