re: My quest packs are gone :(

hello fellas
here's what's bugging me:
I started LOTRO as free to play and, as such, I had to buy some quest packs from time to time with the LOTRO store points I had been given when I registered my account. The packs I bought were Evendim's and Forochel's (and maybe Trollshaws, I really can't remember).
When I reached level 50 though, I had to buy the Mines of Moria expansion. I did that, updated my account and only a little bit after I realized that they deactivated all the quest packs I had bought. one or two months have passed since then, and I never thought about it again. but now, as I'm lvl 65, I can't do a lot of skirmishes and instances such as Sari-Surma (or whatever it's called :p)... and other stuff.
is this normal? or should I complain? or should I just be sad and move on

If you want to do Sari surma or LT you have to buy Enedwaith quest pack, in Evendim is Annuminas, so glingnant, haudh valandil and ost elendil. In Forochel there is none atm i think.

You sure you actually unlocked evendim and foro?
Maybe it's an issue with the migration, in that case just wait a day or two till it all settles down.
If not try opening a ticket ingame or posting on turbine support forums.

I am absolutely sure I unlocked both evendim and forochels quests. And I actually unlocked Enedwaith's aswell, so I have no idea why I can't do Sari Surma.
and it can't be because of the migration because this happened like 2 months ago :p
