Alright, big gz to FoG for clearing Lightning T2 tonight! This opens up the way to a new and challenging wing which is very doable once you get it right. I realise you haven't done this wing on T2 yet and as I've seen how you guys do F&F on t1, I'm leaving you the tactic that is most used by other kins (as I might not be there to tell you personally).
Ideal group setup:
2x captain
1x guard
1x warden
2x healer
1x lm
1-2x burg
3-4x dps
The first thing you're gonna have to do different is all grouping up on a single giant. There's no splitting groups like on t1 to take both down at the same time. That's a wipe. You're gonna have to burn down 1 of the giants as quick as you can. Once it's down, the fight gets a LOT easier and you'll most likely make it.
The guardian will be tanking this giant in the CENTRE of the room (on the little platform) with everyone else stacking up behind the giant. The other giant will be taken care of by the other tank (preferable warden, since it occasionaly does a move that can 1shot even the toughest guardian, and wardens have Never Surrender) who will be KITING the other giant around the room (clockwise).
One very important aspect in T2 are the corruptions. They need to be taken care of ASAP. Let them go off and it could mean a wipe. So the kiting tank will also have to immediately let others know if his giant has corruption up, so ranged dps can take care of it, while melee takes care of corruptions on the other giant that is being killed.
The other major thing are the grims. There's no more easy killing them when they spawn. Bring them in your group and you're gonna wipe. They will do HUGE amounts of aoe damage. Which is why you will need a second kiter. This is usually done by a yellow traited captain, or even a third minstrel (Ura used to be pro at this). They will have to pull the grims out of the group IMMEDIATELY after spawn, as well as pulling the grims away from the other giant which is being kited.
Be careful while kiting, cause if the grim-kiter runs into the giant that's being kited, he risks getting 1 shotted. Plus, you don't want the kiting tank to run straight into a whole group of grims. If one of the kiters die, everyone dies. So it's safest to make sure you're about on the other side of the room. Imagine the room as a clock. When the tank with the giant is on 12 o clock, the grim-kiter should be around 6 o clock.
There's also this thing called rage the giants build up. People still dont know what lowers it and what makes it higher. One thing I do know is that letting corruptions go off, or people dying will make it higher. If you let it reach the max, the giants will execute you Balrog-style. You don't really have to worry about this if you're not wiping already, but it does add to the fact that this fight is a lot of a dps race.
Once you get one giant down, the tank with the other giant takes his into a corner and all others will have to get behind it asap. The grim-kiter will have to take this into account and adjust his kiting round a little. GRIMS CANNOT GET CLOSE TO A GROUP MEMBER!
Remember, the quicker you get the first giant down, the easier it will be to finish the fight (as there are simply less grims). Once you get it down without much trouble, you will most likely get the other one down as well as the fight gets a lot easier. So use cd's such as oathbreakers to get the first giant down!
I think this covers about most of the fight, you'll have to try it for yourself and work out the mechanics to see what i mean.
In a nutshell:
phase 1
-tank & spank giant 1 in centre (make sure you dont pull aggro!)
-kite giant 2 around the room
-kite grims around the room
-remove corruptions
phase 2 (giant 1 is dead)
-tank & spank giant 2 in corner
-kite grims around the room
-remove corruptions
phase 3 (both giants dead)
-keep kiting grims while dps tris to range them down 1 at a time
(not sure about the best tactic here, but there's no problem if you should fail. The giants are already dead, and the chest has appeared. Even if you'd wipe now, you will still have completed F&F T2.)
OR
Get the hell out of the room and they will despawn. Problem solved. Thanks to Rino for this one
Hope this helps! feel free to leave comments, could be I missed something
EDIT: I'm not sure whether it makes a difference, but in Amnesia we always went for the ice giant first and let the fire giant be kited.

I forgot to add, having the kiters use the 10% in-combat run boost provided by that special coffee helps loads. Make sure to bring some!
